I would love to help you on your healthy lifestyle journey. Different people need help with different aspects of living a healthy lifestyle. Some people need help with nutrition and cooking, some need motivation, some have questions about weight loss and calorie intake. I help people via email, G+, Facebook, the phone, and in person (when possible). I do my best to customize my coaching to your needs. I have completed P90X five times, Insanity, and P90X2. I also have extensive experience with the workouts in TurboFire, Turbo Jam, Brazil Butt Lift, Power 90, and Yoga Booty Ballet. In addition, I have some experience with 10-Minute Trainer, Slim in 6, Hip Hop Abs, Rockin’ Body, Body Gospel, Insanity: The Asylum, and Les Mills Pump. I rely on our experience with these programs, my experience with cooking healthy food from scratch, and my struggles and successes to help others.

While you are there, you can check out the information on the VIP Club Membership, but please note that you do not need to sign up for that fee based membership to work with me. Just create a free Team Beachbody account unless you decide you want to upgrade and have access to those additional resources.
If you already have a Team Beachbody account, but are not already working with a Team Beachbody Coach, then send an email to coachrelations@teambeachbody.com and tell them you want Teresa Spicer (fityoginirunner, Coach ID 38371) to be your coach. They will make the switch, and I will be your coach.
